[Athen] Vendor question

Hi all,

I apologize if you see this on more than one list. I'm trying to hit all of the moving targets. <smile>

Our college is looking to purchase a student engagement system. This will us to engage with students in ways other than just email. It can be used by different departments as well as student clubs and organizations to communicate events and information. I do not have the names of the actual products, but here is a list of the vendors who have given us proposals. Does anybody have feedback on these companies in regards to accessibility of their products? Do you possibly use a similar system from any of these companies?
