[Athen] Seeking a training video on adobe sign

Our campus is filled with inaccessible Adobe sign forms.
I don't know anything about this technology and wonder if anyone knows about where to locate hopefully free training videos that show how to convert a paper form to an accessible fillable Adobe sign form.
I need to share these with co-workers, because I don't wish to complain about a problem without having a solution.
