[Athen] E-Ink displays

I have a student who cannot use traditional screens for longer than 15 mins due to a traumatic brain injury. They have discovered that the e-ink display on a Kindle Paperwhite allows them to read for long periods of time. They are considering an e-ink monitor. Does any one have experience with these? Specific brands?
