[Athen] ABBYY Document Remediation Language Metadata

Good morning!

I hope that I am overlooking something really simple in ABBYY - we would love to have the document language (nearly always English) exported as a document property when we remediate a PDF. ABBYY is clearly recognizing English as the language of the document. However, the metadata options do not include language in anywhere we have currently attempted to look. Is there a simple way to include this when using ABBYY? My current workaround it to open the PDF in Adobe and set the language in the document properties. Are there different workflows anyone would recommend?
