[Athen] Accessible tech for B/LV

Hi all,

Forgive cross posting. Here are some accessibility resources for B/LV folks
for the upcoming solar eclipse.

Some new accessible tech is available for B/LV (Blind/Low Vision) people to
observe solar eclipses. A hand-held device called a LightSound Box that
uses technology to translate/convert light and the absence of light to
sound in order to “hear” the eclipse and the Cadence tactile device that
allows users to feel the outline of the eclipse—rather like a moving
