[Athen] Adding SWIFT bana template - error

Hi all,

I am running into an issue with accessing the bana templates in Word after
I've downloaded SWIFT. I've looked up the error online and have not come
across anything. Exact wording of the error is as follows: "SWIFT: Unable
to attach the BANA template, as the file does not exist:", followed by the
location of the file in my file explorer. I've been chasing my tail all
morning trying to get this sorted out so I'm thankful for any guidance or
advice you can provide!
