> I hope this email finds you well and nourished.  The Office of Multicultural Outreach & Recruitment (MOR) is excited to announce our 2023 Rising SEAs conference at the University of Washington. Rising SEAs is a one-day conference to encourage and motivate Southeast Asian (SEA) students to pursue higher education, as well as give them the opportunity to experience the University of Washington. Rising SEAs is intended to foster the leadership of underrepresented Southeast Asian students through identity empowerment. Participants will have the opportunity to meet current SEA UW students and staff, engage in culturally relevant workshops, and develop a toolkit to be competitive applicants to the University of Washington.
