Join the Program on Climate Change Undergraduate Cohort and the Society for Ecological Restoration for a planting party! This party will be held on Thursday February 29th from 3:00-4:30pm at the Heron Haven work site<https://sites.uw.edu/seruw/current-projects/heron-haven/>, near Drumheller fountain.



This a description of a typical work party:



Work parties typically involve the removal of invasive species (such as English ivy, Himalayan blackberry, and holly) and planting native species. Wear clothes that can get dirty and sturdy shoes. We provide gloves to wear at the work party if you do not have your own. No experience necessary!
