[eOutage] UPDATE: Issue with Microsoft Teams

Hello,
At this time, UW Information Technology is aware of an issue with
Microsoft Teams that began at approximately 6:30pm today 7/20/2022.
Not all users are currently affected, but those that are seemed to be
unable to access the services using any client.
The outage has also disrupted automated Teams provisioning, so there
will be a delay in processing Team creation requests until the outage
is resolved.
Additional service and features outlined below may also be affected:
- Microsoft 365 Admin center
- Microsoft Word within multiple services
- Office Online
- SharePoint Online
- Project Online
- PowerPlatform and PowerAutomate
- Autopatches within Microsoft Managed Desktop
- Yammer
- Windows 365
Microsoft has identified the cause of the issue and is working to
redirect traffic to healthy systems and restore the unhealthy systems.
Next update expected from Microsoft at 11pm 7/20/2022.
