[eOutage] UPDATE: Issue with Microsoft Teams

    Microsoft has performed targeted restarts and recommend that users
   that are experiencing failures when attempting to create or join calls,
   meetings, or send chats, restart their client or reboot your machine.
   Once again, Microsoft recommends users experiencing issues to restart
   your system.
