[eOutage] RESOLVED: Unable to log into Outlook/Azure - DUO/2FA known vendor outage

DUO 2-factor authentication has resolved the issue relating to users
being unable to log into Outlook/Azure that began approximately 6:30am
on 08/21/23.

If you are still experiencing issues with logging into Outlook or other
Microsoft products, please clear your cache/cookies/browsing history
and try logging in again.
