[eOutage] RESOLVED: Unable to reach depts.washington.edu: 503/504 Error

    UW Information Technology has resolved the issue relating to 504/503
   errors when attempting to navigate to depts.washington.edu or
   ovid.u.washington.edu sites at approximately 02:20 PM.
   .
   A solution was implemented which has been tested and confirmed. As a
   result, the Incident is now resolved.
