[eOutage] RESOLVED: Unable to reach some UW telephone numbers from outside lines

    Telecom Engineers determine the inbound calling issue was isolated to
   a specific carrier that began at approximately 3:40 pm on
   07/26/23.  The issue has cleared up before the specific cause could be
   identified.

   Engineers will continue to monitor and work with the carrier to
   determine root cause.
