Hello,
At this time UW-IT Engineers are still investigating issue which is
causing a delay in the creation of support tickets when users sent an
email to help at uw.edu.. We will continue to update you as more is known
or if further information is required by our Engineers.
As a work around users can:
-Call (206) 221-5000 (option 0)
-Join recurring Zoom meeting every Mon-Fri, 2pm-4pm PST or Daily,
Midnight-2am PST* here: [1]https://washington.zoom.us/j/97474353221
-Send a request online [2]https://itconnect.uw.edu/help/#sendq
