UW Information Technology has resolved the incident relating to Help
Requests sent to help at uw.edu resulting in delayed support tickets
beginning at approximately 01:50am, 10-22-2023 .

A tested and confirmed solution is in place.
We are now resolving this incident and no further updates will be
posted through it.
