[eOutage] UWTC Data Center Instability

    UW Information Technology is aware of an issue affecting network
   services at the UW Tower Datacenter that began at approximately 06:00PM
   on 09/26/2023.
   .
   A full UW-IT engineering team is engaged and actively working on a
   resolution.  We expect to stabilize services by 11:00PM at the latest.
   .
   UW-IT will continue outage updates every 30 minutes until the issue is
   resolved
   .
