[eOutage] RESOLVED: UWTC Data Center Instability

[UW Information Technology's email notification service regarding widespread outages]

    UW Information Technology has resolved the network instability seen
   earlier this evening at our UW Tower Datacenter.  All services were
   restored at approximately 09:45PM
   .
   A root cause was identified and a solution was tested and confirmed. As
   a result, the Incident is resolved.

   UW-IT will provide no further updates for this incident.
