[eOutage] Slow WFS Performance

[UW Information Technology's email notification service regarding widespread outages]

Many users are reporting slow performance when accessing their WFS shares. We are working this issue with the H/W vendor for the storage array underlying the WFS service. We do not yet have an estimated time for service to return to normal.
