[eOutage] UPDATE: Partial Campus Outage

    Beginning shortly before 13:00 the Seattle area experienced an area
   wide power surge which caused multiple buildings/customers to lose Data
   Network connectivity.  As of 13:30, UW - IT engineers are still
   monitoring roughly 15-20 buildings/devices without connectivity.  This
   is impacting our UW and UW Medicine customers.  Engineers have
   dispatched to restore service but full resolution will take time.  ETR
   is unknown at this time.
