[eOutage] UPDATE: Partial Campus Outage

[UW Information Technology's email notification service regarding widespread outages]

    UW Information Technology (UW-IT) is aware of Data Network (i.e. Wired
   and Wi-Fi) and Telecommunications (i.e. phones) service disruptions at
   the Seattle Campus that began at approximately 12:55 pm on
   04/28/2023.  UW-IT Engineers have been working since incident start on
   restoring services for buildings that did not automatically
   restore.  Please NOTE: full restoration will take awhile due to the
   large geographic region that is being impacted.  Estimated Time to
   Restore (ETR) is approximately 06:00PM.  Updates will be provided as
   information becomes available.
