[eOutage] UPDATE: Partial Campus Outage

[UW Information Technology's email notification service regarding widespread outages]

    UW Information Technology (UW-IT) has multiple engineers dispatched
   who are restoring network and telecommunication services to the Seattle
   Campus affected buildings.  (see list below)  We have prioritized UW
   Medicine locations first, then student buildings, and so on.  Due to
   the large geographic region that is being impacted, full restoration
   will likely extend through the weekend due to safety and resource
   concerns.  Estimated Time to (fully) Restore (ETR) is now by 06:00PM on
   Sunday, 4/30.  Next update will be 5:00PM.
