[eOutage] UW applications inaccessible due to Groups Service issue

UW Information Technology is aware of an issue affecting the
availability of many UW applications and the UW Groups service that
began around 12:20pm on 1/10/23.
Requests to the UW Groups web service are failing to return expected
results. This makes users unable to log in to many access controlled UW
applications, including MyUW, Canvas, Zoom, and others. UW-IT engineers
are actively engaged and working on a resolution.
Updated communication will be provided by 3:30pm.
There are no known workarounds at this time.
