Are you a researcher or healthcare provider for people with limb 
loss or limb difference? Do you have limb loss or limb difference 
yourself? Do you live in the USA?  

Dr. Sarah Moudy, Graci Finco, and Dr. Cody McDonald are 
looking for people to complete a brief survey on preferred 
terminology to use when referring to this population and their 
limbs.  

This survey is IRB-approved, anonymous, and should take less 
than 20 mins to complete.
