Do you want to do the work in house? Do you have a budget to work with?
I send the captioning work out to Automatic Sync Technologies. I
don't do large volumes so it is not very expensive. I think the rate
now is $165 per media hour. You just upload the video to them through
their website and they send the caption files back to you in 3 to 5
days. You can put a next day rush on it if you want to pay another
$30. If you send a transcript of the video to them it is cheaper.
