[Athen] Extracting Highlighted Text

While not a no-cost solution, I know that Claro Read can extract 
highlighted text from MS Word with the Claro Capture tool.  If you have 
selected text in different colors, it will also extract those different 
colors as well to its interface.

Not sure of anything that is available for no-cost.
