[Athen] TTS Apps that high lites while reading

Do you know of a reader for an iPad that high lite txt? Voiceover reads
but i does not high lite txt. 

 

Similar to read write gold, Kurzweil 3000, were even natural reader.

 

There are apps that read text, but I couldn't find any that highlights
while reading.
