[Athen] TTS Apps that high lites while reading

Read2Go, from Benetech (Bookshare), has dual highlighting (i.e., word being spoken is one color, sentence it's in is another color). You can also adjust text size (12-70 point), text and background colors, and dual highlighting colors. The included voices -- Heather and Ryan -- sound wonderful compared to the iPad's VoiceOver. Reading speed adjusts from 60% of normal to 260%. One can navigate by heading, page #, and bookmark, plus search for text.
