[Athen] etiquette regarding posting captioned multimedia vs. transcripts

Hello All:

We have the multimedia file back from our webinar on captioning. We also
have the rough transcript. What's the etiquette here? Would it be considered
bad practice to post the video and the transcript before the captioned
multimedia has been created and posted.
