[Athen] Accessible GPS Bus Tracking Software

Dear ATHEN,

Is anyone aware of an accessible real time GPS bus tracking system for university bus tracking?

DoubleMap (http://www.doublemap.com/product) is an example GPS system, but they don't seem to have an existing VPAT, (and we haven't tested the product for 508 compliance).
