As background, the Compliance Support Program is nearing its 3rd
anniversary in February and, with the support of our Executive Director,
concluded that it was time to grow a bit to enhance the depth of our
program and resources.  The position is designed to be a back-up/support
for the Title IX/ADA Coordinator, but will also be independently involved
in projects and initiatives.  This position was not a result of the Sexual
Assault Task Force, but, by enhancing our program resources, we can provide
additional support in achieving the Task Force recommendations.

Since this is a new position, our hope is to reach a wide audience so that
we will have candidates with a wide range of experience and backgrounds.
