[Athen] captioning

Hi all Athenites and DSSHE-Landers,

 

We are working on setting up a captioning process for our campus. 

 

Do any of you have any guidelines/outlines you've used with your campuses to
set up a process on WHAT can be shown, how to check for captioned versions
of clips, you tube clips, films, videos, DVDs, movies, documentaries etc.,
what time frames you've requested faculty notify your office, who makes the
request for captions, who does the captions, who pays for them, etc.

 

Any guidelines, rough or polished, would be most helpful for us.

 

Thanks in advance to any of you willing to share, or point us to college
websites where we can look on our own!
