I doubt that this is PDF/UA compliant, although it exists: http://river-valley.zeeba.tv/rvt_technology/pdfs/mathml.pdf
VoiceOver on iOS does not read the equation correctly, however, at least with either the default PDF viewer or Adobe Reader (although it did read the MathML on the webpage you shared). I'm going to take a look at mathplayer and Acrobat when I get back to my computer.

I found the following text at https://www.dessci.com/en/products/mathplayer/tech/accessibility.htm: “MathPlayer 4 speaks and brailles math with NV Access' NonVisual Desktop (NVDA) in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Microsoft Word & PowerPoint, and it enables math speech in PDF with Adobe Reader.” Has anyone ever had math in a PDF read aloud? Using any combo of technology? I am so curious.
