There is a blog that is tracking the accessibility of stats software by a blind stats professor, Jonathan Godfrey (from NZ). It can be accessed here: https://r-resources.massey.ac.nz/statsoftware/
I'm not sure what PSPP is and it's not listed on the blog. So that might be a fun one to deal with...
Jonathan is pretty active on the NFB Blindmath listserv.

Subject: [Athen] Accessible statistics software
Our university is considering moving to a freeware statistics program called PSPP in place of SPSS. Is anyone familiar with PSPP. Is it accessible with a screen reader? I confess that I've never personally used SPSS either, so can anyone comment on how accessible SPSS is with a screen reader? If you've used both PSPP and SPSS, can you compare the accessibility of both programs?
Thanks for any and all help.
