[Athen] Publisher response question

Thanks all!

I just wanted to put it out there to see if anyone had seen such an email.
I was definitely flabbergasted when I read it. The day that I sent this
email was the day that we had received the email from MH. Ron is correct
in that MH used to be great to work with but now they have gone 180
degrees.

We were requesting the file in order to proceed with conversion. We are
waiting for the student to respond to our request to use their book to
debind and scan. We will either use their book or purchase one ourselves to
use. We always go directly to the publishers as we are not a member of ATN
due to their contractual requirements.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who had difficulty believing the MH email!

Thanks again!

Heidi
