[Athen] accessibility of Silverlight Microsoft plugin

Hi all,
There is a database our library is considering that uses a Microsoft Plugin called Silverlight.  Someone asked me to check if there are accessibility issues with it.  Based on a very quick search, I guess it depends on how the developer did it.  Would anyone have any general advice?  Thanks
