[Athen] Rev captioning

Their sales rep called me and asked questions about the capabilities of our
college to provide service for deaf and hard of hearing individuals. What
our procedures are, etc. The way he was asking, I assumed he was a student
or a parent of a student. Once he got all the information that he wanted he
informed me that he was a rep for Rev and proceeded to detail the services
that they offer.

Another person on a different list serv that I belong to said the
transcripts they received were full of errors.

My take from reading the online reviews: The low rate they charge to
customers is directly related to the low wages they pay their employees,
which is the reason for the errors in the transcripts. This is all I know
about them.
