Hello, sorry - I have not been following the entire thread, so I hope my
question wasn't already covered! What are folks doing about the
Vitalsource issue? Most of my students have already purchased their books
before requesting the alternative formats, so to tell them that they have
to purchase an electronic copy on Vitalsource is definitely not
appropriate. I have been given a redemption code for a student who had
already purchased the book, when I sent in the book receipt, but still just
send me the PDF! This does not occur too often but I feel like it's
happening more.
