Robert,

That's exactly my situation - student has already gotten the book and used
it. So the bookstore will not accept it as a return for full credit. Also,
requiring a student to obtain their textbooks from a sole source is not
appropriate. ALL students have the opportunity to obtain their needed
textbooks from wherever they wish, so requiring students who need an
accessible format to purchase it from a sole source is not equitable.

Interesting that I just sent an email to Pearson in response to their
referring us to VitalSource!
