[Athen] Screen Reader/Browser Combination

I just remembered something since you mentioned Edge. I think the best
screen reader for Edge at this point is Narrator. We should not forget
about Narrator, as Microsoft has put tons of work into making it a
fully-fledged screen reader. It's fast and has incorporated many of the
features expected in a screen reader over the past year. I think we will
start to see people using it for more than just doing maintenance on
machines, so we should take it into account.
