[Athen] Captioning YouTube Videos

Stephen,

I find that working with captions in YouTube has become quite the moving
target of late.

If I log into my personal YouTube account and try to find where my videos
are the Video Manager link will tell me that I have no videos.  When I
click the dropdown from my name in the upper right-hand corner there is a
Studio (Beta) offered and that is where my videos are visible.  But trying
to then find the edit subtitles/cc link is not (easily) found, leaving me
to switch back to Creator Studio where I'm then asked why it is that I'm
reverting back to that.  Only there am I easily able to find my captions
and be presented with a choice to upload a .srt file, edit as the video
plays or, upload a transcript that will hopefully be synced to the content.
