[Athen] Complaint reporting process and response timelines

Thank you, Sean. Please share if you find out more information.

I've heard that if an institution provides contact information for
web accessibility issues and outlines a process with a timeframe it can
help prevent lawsuits. The courts will encourage the plaintiff to follow
the institution's process first before pursuing legal channels.
