Hi Cath, thanks for this link. I do explain to the student that they have
to drag the icon exactly as it shows on their screen, so there's some break
in the communication because I've had multiple students mess this up, but I
can do it just fine with the keyboard. I'll see if showing them the image
on this page is helpful at all. Thanks again.
