[Athen] Zoom Help needed

Apologies, I've been trying to troubleshoot this for hours.

Yesterday participants could see my screen during the session but when I accessed the cloud recording I only had an audio file...no video of the shared desktop.

Likewise this morning, I've started several meetings, turned on record, shared my screen and when I've accessed the cloud recording it is only an audio file, no desktop/video.

Hi Karen,

Two ways to get recording. First in the invite, if you edit, there is a field towards the end that you click for recording. Second, when you are in Zoom, under More (usually) there is the Record option.

In the Account management area there is a way of always recording, but I forget which part it is under, but this should get you the recording back for today.
