[Athen] W3C skills testing

 hello:
 i was wondering  if anyone knows of a good test for seeing how well
someone knows the w3c. I want to use this  test when training and or
hiring some staff. i need to  see if they can properly identify what w3c
criteria is what and how to classify a problem.
