[Athen] Accessible software for videos

Hello all!

I am new to this group in my new role, but I have been involved for years with this group working at a community college. So grateful to be back!
I'm currently working for a company that is working with higher education on video accessibility.
We are researching possibilities for accessible software that can be used for students to create, edit, and publish a video.

By chance, does anyone have experience with such software?
