[Athen] Speech Recognition or Speech to Text

When I do training or presentations on adaptive technology, I refer
specifically to Dragon NaturallySpeaking as either dictation software or
voice recognition for the same reasons that Dan Comden mentions: I use it
to distinguish between a specific type of sophisticated dictation software
versus the more common less sophisticated speech to text apps such as
Google voice typing for example.  I think it's important to be able to make
the distinction between common speech to text software available for quick
notes in the voice recognition/voice navigation capabilities of the more
sophisticated software found in Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
