FYI:

April 2024 is what the DOJ has officially identified as the timeframe for
releasing the ADA Title II web/mobile app accessibility final regs.:

Whether they will hit that timeframe remains to be seen, but it sets up a
late spring / early summer period as the likely timing for the final rule
