[Athen] [EXT] Zoom Help needed

Hi Karlen,

It sounds like you need to enable different file types in your Zoom account
settings.

If you go to zoom.us > log in > settings > recording, you'll find a
checklist of file types under "Cloud Recording" and then you should be able
to enable those.
