[Athen] JAWS and Zoom

We have been testing/using Zoom for over four years. This has included use
of JAWS, NVDA, and Voiceover. We have not experienced any loops such as
what you describe. We often use the recording feature of Zoom to capture
screenreader and keyboard interaction with Zoom and other software to
demonstrate accessibility issues with a variety of products...

That said, we have noticed that JAWS is not as reliable as it's been in
past years and have observed increasing crashes and malfunctions in a
variety of situations. Typically a restart will fix, or a switch to NVDA.

It's entirely possible that a combination of software (that may or may not
include JAWS) can lead to strange behavior. There's a complex interaction
of operating system, browser version, and screenreader version at work here
that is not available in your description. I suggest contacting Zoom and
Vispero support directly.
